Regular products: Shipped within 2 business days after payment.
3D printed products: These are custom-made and take about one week to produce, so they will be shipped approximately 10 days after payment.
For most orders to the US and Europe, delivery takes 6–15 business days. All items are shipped from China.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsReturns or exchanges are accepted for product quality issues or damage caused during shipping. However, characteristics inherent to 3D-printed products and imperfections in second-hand items are not considered quality issues, and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange
If damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange a return or exchange for you.
