Shipping policy
All items are shipped within 24 hours, or next business day. We often ship out on Saturdays and attempt to ship on holidays when we can. One of our highest ratings is from shipping times.
Return policy
Full refund available for DOAsRefunds for item cost only within 10 days of delivery. We will not refund any charged Bonanza fees or advertising costs, therefore your return amount may be less than your purchase amount paid. No restocking fees, however no refund on shipping to/from buyer. Shipping is paid by the buyer on purchases as well as returns, unless item is agreed to have been defective or an issue from our packaging/shipping process. All damaged boxes or items from shipping companies is the responsibility to file with the shipping company for reimbursement. We cannot refund for damaged items by shipping companies.
