We ship our icons usually within 5 business days. On the odd chance there is a production/shipping delay, we’ll get in touch with you and let you know when we’ll be able to ship your order.
All orders will be provided a tracking number upon shipment.
We ship using our postal services, so, in your country, it will be your postal services that will be responsible for delivery.

My order takes too long to arrive. Why?
We always meet our deadlines on time. Chances are this is on the delivery company’s end. Please note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery in some countries may be delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I want more stock than there is available. What should I do?
If you want to order more stock of a certain product than there is available, please get in touch with us via Etsy Messages and we will add more stock to the listing immediately. The shipping time will be the same.
