Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling
Your order will be shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received. All orders are shipped via tracked air mail, and a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

Combined Shipping
I’m happy to combine multiple items into a single shipment whenever possible. Please contact me before placing an additional order so I can provide you with a combined shipping quote.
The maximum combined shipment weight is 44 lbs (20 kg).

Returns and Refunds
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me before returning an item so I can provide you with return instructions.
I offer full or partial refunds in the following situations:

The item was damaged during shipping.
The item arrived with a defect that was not disclosed in the listing.
The item is significantly different from the listing description.
The package was lost in transit.
The package was stolen during delivery (where supported by the shipping carrier’s investigation or insurance).
