Shipping policy

-Handmade or custom items may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods:
-International: DHL Express (or reliable courier)

Delivery Estimates:
-Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
-Other countries: 7–21 business days (depending on customs)

Combined Orders & Discounts:
-Multiple items in the same order are shipped together to save on costs.
-Flat rate or combined shipping discounts may apply — see individual listings.

Tracking & Support:
-Tracking numbers provided for all shipments
-Please double-check your shipping address; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses

-International Orders:
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees that may be applied by their country. Please check your local laws before ordering. Shipping costs do NOT include these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, unopened (where applicable), in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Food, snacks, and beverages
- Handmade or custom-made items
- Digital products and downloadable files
- Items damaged due to buyer misuse or mishandling

Electronics

Electronic items may be returned within 30 days if they arrive defective, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos or a short video showing the issue before returning the item.

Refund Process

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

- We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Please contact us through Bonanza Messages before returning any item.

How to Start a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Securely package and ship the item back to us.
