Returns & Exchanges:
-We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
-Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:
-Handmade or custom items
-Digital products (if applicable)
-Items damaged due to buyer mishandling

Refund Process:
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
