Hello and Welcome to my little corner, Tenth & Delaware! Make yourself at home and look around.

I’m an old soul at heart. I adore vintage fashions and timeless style. But, alas, I was born well after the fabulous styles of the 30s, 40s and 50s…and a little too young to remember the mod, psychedelic vibe of the 60s. I learned to sew in high school, and feel a little nostalgia whenever I spy a Gunne Sax pattern. So, what you’ll find here will reflect an eclectic mix that’s a little old Hollywood glam, a little mod, with a little contemporary sprinkled in to keep it interesting.

At Tenth and Delaware, you’ll find vintage sewing patterns from Simplicity, Vogue, McCall’s, Advance and more, plus a few modern patterns as well. You’ll also find vintage clothing, books and whatever vintage gem happens to catch my eye. Looking for a pattern you don’t see here? Send me a message…I literally have thousands of patterns waiting in the wings, and I’ll gladly check to see if I have what you’re looking for and will make a listing for you, if I do. I’ll happily combine shipping for multiple items too – just ask!

Shipping policy

Orders ship as First Class Packages or Priority Rate Packages with USPS Delivery Confirmation (Tracking). Media Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation is available for Books. First Class Package is the only First Class option with Delivery Confirmation.

Orders of $40 or more ship with Insurance.

Orders generally ship within 1 business day, but may take up to 3 business days.

Combined shipping is offered for multiple item orders.

First Class International shipping for Sewing Patterns is available to the following DelCon countries. Cost of shipping includes Insurance. (Please message me for an international shipping quote for all other items.)

Full refund available within 30 days

Item must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped: i.e., new, unopened items; uncut, factory folded sewing patterns; clothing with any, and all, accessories such as belts.
