I have an international order, my very first Bonanza order, and Bonanza wants me to add shipping to the invoice. When I do I get an error message saying the shipping can’t be more than 30% of the order or $15. Shipping to Australia is $29.75. Some more than the $21.95 order. I don’t want to cancel my very first order. ???? What do I do?

Hello mamasuesfinds
Welcome to the Bonanza Community forums!
You can create an invoice for shipping to send to your buyers from your selling dashboard. Click on the “Selling” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page. On the navigation toolbar to the left side of your selling dashboard, click the “Orders” tab, then select “Create invoice.”
Here is additional information from our Help pages How to create an Invoice https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044873051-Create-an-Invoice

I am located in the US and just sold my 3rd item on eBay for $23 + $4.80 shipping. I didn’t think I had international shipping turned on, but the buyer is located in Malaysia and is asking me for the invoice to pay for shipping. Typically I don’t ship internationally because I just don’t know how to set the prices for that. I don’t know why eBay told me the shipping price was $4.80 when the buyer was located in another country. But considering he hasn’t paid yet, and is asking for an invoice, I guess I can set up international shipping for him? Except I have no idea how to do this for an already sold item.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
