You can also go to batch edit and highlight all, change to reserved. That way you don’t have to delete all of them and can download a backup.

Go to selling dashboard- booth settings-scroll to the bottom. There is an option to close your booth and to cancel your account. It does state that you need to close your booth Before you canceling your account.
