Are newly listed items included in turbotraffic??

Are they automatically included or do I have to manually include them?? Also can I pick and choose which items i want promoted through TurboTraffic?? Thank you in advance!!

How does a seller cancel a sale?

I need to cancel a sale that was recently placed in my booth, but I don't see anywhere in my account to cancel the order. I have already notified the buyer and have refunded their money. Thanks.

Customer paid with amazon payments. i am out of product and thus, can't mail. do i refund thru amazon payments or just cancel the sale and amazon will refund customer?
