Background burner not working when i add or edit items.

The crop function works but the Background Burner won't even let me click on it. I have sent a message to the help center. Did anyone else experience this.

Lower my final value rate

i puy my rate up high to get more sales but hasnt helped at all and now i cant get to it to lower it back down.didnt sell anything for that month.thanks.
