How to return the money to the buyer, if the transaction did not take place?

I never took the deal. The buyer canceled the order. I need to return the money to the buyer, and they are not available on my Paypal. What do I need to do to return the money to the buyer?

Batch edit - how long to take affect on booth items?

i performed a batch edit on all of my listings to change the shipping flat rate from $3 to $4, messages state that it was successful but about 10 minutes has gone by and I am not seeing any changes on shipping rates on items in my booth.

Imported images
