Very good over all condition on this pre owned fishing jacket from Orvis. It has minor normal signs of wash and wear but no rips or odors. It does have a light area on the right shoulder near the seam which can be seen in the photos. It does not detract from the appearance of the jacket. There are 4 pockets on the outside and 6 inside. There are 2 spare buttons intact and all of the leather trim is soft and intact. Tagged as 46 Tall but please see all of the approximate measurements at bottom of description page for fit comparison with your own similar item rather than rely on size tag.
