This party dress is in excellent condition with very light use. It made of 96%  polyester and 4% spandex. It has a shapley cut and is pretty much a slip-over with no zipper, but has a top button closure in the back above an oval cut out. The front has a revealing mesh panel with floral appliques down the middlge.  There are no darts and plenty of stretch. Size is M and to clarify, approximate measurement when laid flat from underarm to underarm is 16”, from back of neck to bottom of dress is 30”, waist 13", hips 16.5". All measurements are as close to accurate as possible, but  approximate.
