Malcolm is wearing a black tall faux Bearskin Hat with chin strap, Scarlet Colored full length Jacket with high color and long sleeves.  The collar and sleeves are black with gold stripes.  To complete the uniform there is a black faux leather belt with felt buckle.  The jacket and belt can be removed easily. 
Hang tag has a bend otherwise excellent condition. Condition is "Used"
Bear measures 14 inches tall x 9 inches wide x 4 1/2 inches thick.
