From Viacom, this is a vintage 1999 Blue's Clues PVC figure with Blue wearing a chef's hat.  It measures 3" tall, so it's a good size to be used either as a toy or a cake topper.  Very clean and in good used condition, looks nice.  Not too many of these around anymore that have survived in such great shape.  Asking $8.00 obo.
