This is for (1) live and healthy Calamansi/Kalamansi/Calamondin Citrus Plant

The plant is approximately around 1-2 inches tall. It is a starter plug not bare root. No minimum plant size is guaranteed. These are small, just started tree seedling. Please keep that in mind that they are starter plug and they're suppose to be small. Please see images attach. If more pictures are required, please send us a message before purchasing.

Once the plant is received, please open immediately and inspect. Tracking number is always provided with each purchase!

Orders will be shipped within one business day of payment. If ordered on a Friday, your purchase will be shipped first thing on Monday, we would not want the plant to be stuck at the post office.

Shipping and Returns Policy:

Shipping and Handling: I secure the plants at the base, wrap the plant with bubble wrap/ packing paper and place appropriate labels on the box to let me the shipping guys know what to do with the package. If you need extra services such as Special Handling or Signature Confirmation, message me for arrangements (fees do apply as per current USPS pricing).

Returns and Refunds: Please ask questions before purchasing. All sales are final. Due to the nature of this listing, I do not accept any return or refund requests except for damaged packages upon delivery (picture proof required within 24 hours of receiving) I am not responsible for any stolen or missing packages. Please contact your carrier if you are not available to receive the package. Please make sure your address is clear and correct, additional fees will apply for redelivery.

What if the package is damaged when it arrived?

If you receive the package with damages, please contact me within 24 hours of package delivery. Send me clear photos of the damaged box and content. TAKE NOTE: Any damage issue/complaints will not be entertained beyond 24 hours of package delivery. Also, if I do not receive clear photos of the damaged box and content within 24 hours of package delivery, your warranty is void.

I am not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If you are out or unavailable when the package will be delivered, please make necessary steps to keep your package safe.
