Offered here is this Beautiful Vintage Small Brimmed Velvet Lady’s Hat. It is in exceptionally good condition, with truly little wear at all, except for the fine mesh on the front, which is supposed to pull down over the face. This mesh is very worn, torn, and deteriorated to an unusable condition. It could be removed from the hat. I am unsure of the actual age of the hat but based on the style I would guess that it dates to the 1930s. It has some light sweat stains on the inside lining. The little ribbon trim is present around the cap and the hat has a small narrow brim all around that is wider at the front than at the back. The hat is a beautiful deep rich navy blue color. It is a small shallow hat that would have been held in place with a hat pin. It is 9.5” from front to back, 9” from side to side, and is 7.5” front to back and 6” side to side inside the head space. It is a beautiful vintage lady’s hat in great, wearable condition. It would be a genuinely nice addition to any vintage clothing collection.
