4. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be received within 5 days after the auction ends. Failure to do so will result in a non-paying bidder alert and possible further action. 6. REFUND/INSURANCE POLICY: If the buyer's package is lost or damaged, YOU must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement. OTHERWISE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
