Vinyl plays with some crackles and a few light-clicks (play-graded). Gate-fold cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, discoloration spots, and surface impressions (front/back/inner-gate); writing black marker checks near song titles on back. Inner-sleeve is original (Command ads); one seam partially split. Spine is mostly easy-to-read with mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Split near right of top-edge. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
For 25 years, Doc Severinsen was arguably the best-known trumpet player in America, appearing on television every weeknight as the leader of the Tonight Show Orchestra. Known for his exceptionally loud wardrobe, Severinsen often bantered good-naturedly with host Johnny Carson, while supplying the show's incidental music (bridging commercial breaks, introducing guests, etc.).
