Pyrex Carafe Decanter Mid Century Weico 12"

Isn't this a great piece.  This decanter or carafe is made in the USA by Pyrex...for Weico.  The design is graceful and very mid-century.  The neck is wrapped in raffia and the handle is metal.  I think that this would be great for anything from wine to coffee.  The top closes with a cork.  There is a plastic cap tha goes on top of the cork with a piece of double sided tape that has past it's life span.  You might want to replace the cork...although it looks perfect to me...so I am not going to reattach the plastic cap.  This is a great classic piece...  Eames Era...

I prefer to ship via priority mail...or first class. Free tracking number for domestic shipping. I wrap item in the way that I think is the safest, but, I can't be responsible for the post office.

Most of my items are vintage. I ship from a non smoking house, but I don't know the story of these items before I get them. I generally steam all the plush before shipping. Even so. some people may notice odors that I dont, so I can't say that they are odor free, smoke free, or pet free.
