1) Anchor Reinforcement Template

2) 1" Anchor Bolt Holders

2) 2-1/2" Square Plate Washers

6) 1" Diameter Heavy Hex Nuts (threaded rod is sold separately, and NOT a part of the kit, as stated in instruction sheet and shown on outer label)

Commercial/Industrial Grade

 Old stock unused, most boxes are more beat up than the one pictured, but unopened. If necessary, they may be repackaged.  I do have a few more not listed, that are opened but complete kits that I could repackage if you need more. If you need multiple kits, I may be able to ship more cost efficiently if you contact me first, and are ok with repackaging
