This is a McDonald's Ronald McDonald Building Snowman Happy Holidays Christmas PLASTIC PLATE. Made for McDonald's. It is about 10 inches round and is in great used condition. It has minor wear from use, but nothing major.  No cracks or stains. Nice display piece. AG
