Size/label tag is missing.  I'd say it is a US 2.  Could be good for 0 too.  I can squeeze into it but it's very tight on me (i am US 4).

Fabric tag shows Karen Millen name and 96% poly, 4% elastane.  Also has dress hanging straps on the inside.
