Homco or Home Interiors Figurine.

This is # 8743 A Mother's Love and would be perfect for a Mother's Day Gift. It features a victorian mother cuddling her little one and his teddy bear. Beside her high back wicker chair is her knitting basket complete with needles sticking out.

  Figurine measures 6 1/2" high and 4 1/4" across the bottom. 

This was a Merit gift and never available for sale. It is in excellent condition and  marked on the bottom with the #8743 and still has the Homco gold sticker.
