Item description for Vintage Monet Strand Tassel Bracelet Gold Tone Metal Box Clasp Signed

This is a lovely vintage Monet Four (4) Strand Tassel Bracelet. The box clasp is signed “MONET” and it also has the “Monet” Tag. The bracelet has two woven strands with two single strands in the center. The strands freely move when being worn which gives it a special feeling of fluidity. The bracelet measures approximately 7 ½ inches long (including the clasp) and ¾ of an inch wide. When closed on the wrist to wear, the diameter is approximately 2 ¼ inches so it will not fit a large wrist. Each tassel is 1 ½ inches long. The two tassels on the bracelet consist of a round disk with 4 rods hanging from it. It has a 3” safety chain attached for additional safety when wearing the bracelet. When opening the box clasp, you need to push in on both sides of the clasp that inserts into the box to remove the bracelet.

This bracelet is in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. It has a pale light gold look to it; it is not a bright gold. There is some normal wear on the box clasp from use. I have not polished the bracelet as many people prefer the patina that only comes with age. Depending on your own taste, I will leave any polishing up to you; you can keep it in the same condition with its original patina or polish it. The box clasp closure works fine and is secure.
