Made by Sideshow Collectibles in 2006. The box has never been opened and has very minor shelf wear at the corners, otherwise it is in excellent condition. Please see the photos. The talking figure says 11 phrases.

NOTE:The batteries do not work and you will need to replace them. The directions to replace them are on the box bottom. Operates on three "LR44" 1.5 volt batteries.
