The only thing I found on this was that this Co started in 1852-1862. Than was absorbed by Mermod in 1901-1917. The set is a Tea Pot, Sugar Bowl & Creamer. Back stamp, E Jaccard J Co #527, St Louis, & Quadruple. These items are monogram BC on one side of the items only. They have a nice Flower & Leaf Design. A beaded Rim.
The Tea Pot is 8 inches high, 9 inches wide including the Spout & handle & holds 44 ounces
Creamer is 4 inches high & 5 1/4 inches wide including the spout & handle.
Sugar Bowl is 4 inches high & 6 inches wide. Please note that the sugar bowl leaks if you put water in it. The others do not. Looks like someone at sometime try to soldier it at one time. Please look at picture 9. This item needs cleaning if you wish. I believe it would clean up well. Does have regular wear from age & use.
