This is an Antique Heintz Art Metal Sterling on Bronze Brown Patina Cigarette or Trinket Box made for R.H. Macy & Co. Inc. It measures approximately 4 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 inches. Cedar lined inside, some wear to the underside only, I have not cleaned this box. This is 1 of 2 Heintz Boxes I have available, so check my other listings, thanks!!
