Vintage orignal 92 x 63 in. horizontal French double grande poster from the 1930s German WWI drama, NIEMANDSLAND (US title: HELL ON EARTH), released in 1932 and directed by Victor Trivas and George Shdanoff (uncredited). During World War I, five soldiers from different nations end-up together in some ruins in no man's land and decide to stick together.

This large-format poster was issued for the film's original theatrical release in France under the title, NO MAN'S LAND, and the artwork is dramatic and striking, especially on such a large format. A partially restored poster with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. It has edge and fold wear, some chipping, noticeable tears, fold separations, toning, smudges, and mostly unobtrusive stains. There are also a few minor cuts towards the edges of the image area, and there is a small paper snipe affixed below the distributor's credit. The linen has been trimmed to the poster's borders and although backed on linen, no further restoration has been attempted.

The cast includes Ernst Busch, Vladimir Sokoloff, Renée Stobrawa, Elisabeth Lennartz, and Hugh Douglas.
