This is labeled size M, meant to be loose fitting and comfy, and would fit up to about 36 inches around at the bust. It was too big on mannequin in photos as you can see by the back view. See measurements below to insure proper fit.

Bust measures about 18 inches across, under arms and across bra area to about 20 inches stretched but not to the max.
Hips measured at high hip just before gathers is about 20.5 inches, below that at the ruffle area is full and free.
Length is about 15.5 inches, measured under arm and down side seam to hem
