This top is in good condition with normal signs of wear. The upper body is 100% cotton and the lower body is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. It is machine washable and has been washed and dried so please check measurements. It does have one small spot on the left side as shown in the photos. Great looking top for the office or a casual outing.
