This is a PERFECTLY ADORABLE little vintage fancy party or pageant dress by Martha's Miniatures / We're Fussy Label.

I believe it dates to the 70s.
Wonderful striking cobalt blue, with layers and layers of white lace ruffles! So cute!
Stand up ruffle neckline.
Three rows of white lace ruffles come to a point at front waist.
Piping trim at waist seam.
Long puffy-capped sleeves with elasticized ruffles at hem.
VERY FULL gathered circle skirt has two rows of fabric and lace ruffles.
Heart buttons at back closure.
Big attached sash to tie in a bow.
Lined with a white petticoat that has the signature jingle bell - makes the sweetest little subtle jingle when your little girl moves.
In excellent condition.
Please note that I did replace the elastic at the sleeve hems - it had completely relaxed.
Otherwise, amazingly pristine.
