Mouth of the Wisconsin River, scene of the discovery of the Upper Mississippi by Marquette and Joliet.  Wyalousing State Park near Prairie du Chien, Wis., is the bluff in background.  Taken from Pike's Peak State Park, McGregor, Iowa.
