VTG Dresseteria 2-Pc Lightweight Dress & Top.  Pastel tropical floral design.  Dress is sleeveless with gathered waist flared skirt.  Cropped jacket has back upper one-button loop enclosure.  Fold-up cuffs with one non-functioning button.  Fabric has crinkle like lines.  Shoulder pads. Machine wash.  No fabric tag or size tag attached.  This appears to be all cotton, or a cotton blend.  I am estimating the size to be a women's small/medium.  Made in the USA.  Approx. measurements:

DRESS:

PIT TO PIT FLAT:  17-1/2"
WAIST:  22" (stretches to approx. 30")
LENGTH (from armpit):  30"

TOP:  

PIT TO PIT FLAT:  20"
BOTTOM:  36"  
LENGTH (from armpit):  7"

Payment

Payment is due within three days of auction completion.  

Shipping

Item will always ship within three business days after payment is received, but usually sooner. APO, PO, International, and Alaska/Hawaii/PR may require additional postage. Please e-mail me before payment is made.

For many heavier and breakable items I use FEDEX/SMARTPOST.  It is much more economical and keeps shipping costs down.  HOWEVER, it does take longer as I am shipping from the west coast.  When leaving feedback, PLEASE rate my shipping time on the time that I ship out based on my policy, not the time that the item arrives, as I really have no control over shipping time.
