For your consideration, here is a Vintage Cliff House and Seal Rocks Souvenir Shell Shaped Ceramic Small Dish, from San Francisco, California, marked Staffordshire Royal Winston, Made in England.  It measures 4 ¼ inches wide and 3 ¾ inches tall.  It has wear on the gold trim and the letter “S” in “Seal” is worn.  It has a lot of crazing.  It is not chipped or cracked.
