2003 Pittsburgh Pirates Bob Prince Talking Bobble Head PNC Park (NOT WORKING)

Bob Does NOT TALK - The battery terminals are clean BUT HE DOES NOT TALK!!!  I tried many batteries but just could not get him to talk.  Item is sold AS IS only - Still a cool collectible anyways.
