This is a size EXTRA LARGE.  Soft Vest with clip on top and double D rings for leash.  It's approx 28" around the neck to the clip on the back.  33" around the tummy from clip end to clip end.   Extends approx 4" more at the tummy.   Neck measurements are non adjustable.
