This little Westmoreland Glass artist signed, handpainted bell measures approx. 5.5"H. It features a handpainted floral decoration on the front and "Pennsylvania Lions 1981" on the backside. Excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, and no wear. The artist's signing is inside (S. Augustine 1981). A unique piece!
