From About-Face, this is a 0.15 fluid oz Matte Fluid Eye Paint in the "No Queen Blues" (primary blue) shade.  "A powerful, one-swipe punch of liquid eye color that delivers a bold, buildable pigment."  Swipes on easily for a smooth, no-budge, no-smudge finish.  All About-Face products are 100% vegan and cleanly-formulated.  This tube is brand new and factory sealed in its original packaging.  It belonged to my daughter (who does makeup).  She accidentally ordered too much of this color; it has not been in anyone else's possession as she ordered it directly from the brand.  I have included some stock photos here so you can see the actual color, since I didn't want to open this sealed packaging.  Asking $10.00 obo.
