Screw mounting holes are 4.5 to 5.25 inches (variable mounting slots) in mounting hole spacing.
Minimum 4.25 inch diameter hole required if surface mounted.
4 inch hole fine if mounted from behind.
Using small fender washers or making small tabs may be a solution to the original mounting points
