This is a heavy 1990s ceramic planter designed to look like a mother cat carrying her kitten by the nape of his neck. Both mother and baby are white with pink highlights. As common as it is for cats to transport their young this way, figurines of this pose are very uncommon.
CONDITION: This planter is in very good condition. It does not look as if it has had soil in it, and it's free of chips, cracks, and other other damage.
SIZE: This piece is about 7" wide, 4 1/2" deep, and 6" tall.
BACKGROUND: This is one of a number of things I recently purchased from a neighbor before she moved away from our retirement community to live with her son. I'll be listing more of her things over the next several weeks.
