This is a vintage set of jingle bells from Criterion Bell & Specialty Co. in Brooklyn, NY.  "For use on gift packages, trees, toys, costumes, shoes, etc."  There are 15 bells, silver in color, and they're on their original card.  The bells are in three sizes: one-inch, quarter-inch and half-inch.  The card shows a little wear and has a sort of fold across it (just from holding the weight of the bells all these years), but the bells themselves are still in like-new condition.  They're nice and shiny with no tarnish or scratches, and they've got a crisp "jingly" sound when they ring.  :)
