Description:
This beautiful print was published by Louis Prang & Co [one of the most respected American color printer of 19 th century] on high quality wove paper in 1874. Entitled Tailor, it is plate 3 of the set of Prang's Aids for Object Teaching [Trades & Occupations]. Individual plate from this set of Chromolithographs is very rare and quite valuable [e.g., retailing at > $400 for individual plate]. A very nice collectors' item indeed [especially in such good condition].
