Stay with Me Tonight, by Jeffrey Osborne, reached No. 25 on the Billboard 200 albums chart and No. 3 on the R&B album chart. The title track, Stay With Me Tonight charted at No. 4 on the R&B Singles Chart in 1983. The other three singles, Don't You Get So Mad, We're Going All The Way and Plane Love also reached No. 3, No. 16, and No. 10 on the R&B chart respectively. A reviewer on allmusic.com says of the album, "this is more than recommended."
