This is a beautiful Christmas angel plate entitled Rejoice by Lena Liu which is the first in her Christmas Angels series. It is from 1995 and was issued by the Bradford Exchange. I found it in a storage area containing hundreds of collector plates that had been removed from their boxes to conserve storage space. It didn't appear that any of them had been disturbed for several decades.
CONDITION: This plate has its original COA and is in excellent condition with no wear or damage but there is no original box.
SIZE: The diameter of this plate is 8".
BACKGROUND: This is one of a number of things I purchased from a neighbor before she moved away from our retirement community to live with her son out of state. She left a house full of beautiful china and glass. I'll be listing more of her things over the coming weeks.
