Light wearing, rubbing and some creasing overall to exterior. Some surface soiling front and back from use. Staple spine is solid with light chipping to edges and a small tear along lower outer edge measuring about 1".  Interior with all pages intact complete and sound. NO markings to any text pages and appears rarely used. Solid with normal exterior wearing.
