It has a 5 barrel hinge.  The bottom of the lighter states "Bradford" on the bottom left and "Made in USA" on the bottom right.  "K  ZIPPO  01" in the middle.  

Condition:  GREAT CONDITION.  No dings.  The top opens and closes perfectly.  Nice snap.  Will need fluid and flint. The very tip of the top right of the front panel has a very small chip.
