These grommets snap into the hole and have wings that expand against the sides of the hole to lock them in position. 

Used to protect wire, cable, and cords by turning rough-edged and uneven holes into smooth holes.

 Made of plastic, these grommets are chemical resistant, and all have an extra-hard rating to withstand high levels of impact.
