Pretty little card. 3 5/8 x 2 1/2 inches.  You can feel that there is something inside and it sounds like seeds, perhaps lavender.   I do not see a maker's mark. There is some discoloration on the gold lace on the back side but overall, it looks to be in Good+/Vg condition.
